   Mr. Kyle of our Rochester branch was recognized by United van Lines as an outstanding van operator of the month for March 2010.  Mr. Kyle also received this same award in June 2009,  highlighting his continued committment to excellence and customer satification.  We are please to share the letter from United Van Lines to Mr. Kyle.

Each month durring the year, United Van Lines recognizes its most outstanding van operatios. We are pleased to inform you that your professional performance record has earned you United's Van Operator of the Month Excellent Performance Award for March in the Household Good Continental Fleet Northeast Region.

It takes a lot of hard work to qualify for Van Operator of the Month because you must excell in all of your duties. The qualifications for Van Operator of the Month include

• upholding the commitments of the Customer Service Pledge
• cooperating with UVL Operations in all matters
• accumulating a qualifying amount of miles operated
• driving safely in compliance with all federal regulations and companysafety policies/procedures.
• projecting a positive image and
• experiencing a low cargo claims ratio
